Even though the car was parked, the semi's insurance company will still try to reduce it's payment to you. The semi's insurance will not recognize your agreed value and will try to pay replacement cost or just total the vehicle out. To obtain the agreed value, your insurance company will need get involved - either to pay the difference (most likely) or to sue the semi's insurance company for the difference.
