Every car is different. My advice would be to inspect the car, or have someone inspect the car before you bid. This mailing list may be helpful in finding people around the country (or world) that will go inspect a car for you if it is local to them. I have done it a number of times for cars being sold in NJ. There are also always list members selling cars. IMHO, you will have better luck buying from someone who is active in the community because they are more likely to have taken good care of the car. Buying a better car up front will usually save you money. However, don't assume because a car is more expensive it is therefore better. --- On Thu, 11/12/09, David Griffith <dgriffi@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> wrote: > From: David Griffith <dgriffi@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> > Subject: [DML] buying through ebay > To: dmcnews@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx > Date: Thursday, November 12, 2009, 4:52 PM > > Has anyone here ever bought a complete dmc12 through > ebay?
