Dear fellow De Lorean owners, For years I have been using Valvoline 20-50 in my De Lorean. The engine has less than 20,000 miles. When our engines were selected for our cars I don't beleive that synthetic oils were available. Is there reason to believe that one of these synthetic oils will do a better job at protecting our engines or should I continue to use the same oil and the same weight that I have been using? If there is a good reason to switch to one of the synthetic oils, what weight do you suggest? What is your favorite oil? I will appreciate any thoughts on this. You may write me off list, if you wish.
