A lot of things could cause this. How long has it been since a tune-up? If it has been a long time you could start there. Spark plugs, ignition wires, etc. If this stuff is all new and recent then the problem could be deeper like a vacuum problem in the vacuum advance, valve adjustment, dirty injector. Could also be an intermittant electrical problem with the frequency valve.
