I heard a private investigator (not as glamorous a job as it sounds) talk about his car, and he said that he would often spend hours sitting with the engine running, waiting for someone to come or go from a building, etc. He said that the car was fine, but that it had more "miles" on it than the odometer showed. I'd say that if your car is otherwise healthy, then idling it for so long a time won't kill it. :-) Farrar Hudkins #2613 "Sparky" On Sun, Sep 14, 2008 at 10:42 PM, stephenucedu <steve10000@xxxxxxxxxxx> wrote: > Group, > > Alright, I did something really odd last night. ------------------------------------ To address comments privately to the moderating team, please address: moderators@xxxxxxxxxxx For more info on the list, tech articles, cars for sale see www.dmcnews.com To search the archives or view files, log in at http://groups.yahoo.com/group/dmcnewsYahoo!
