[DML] Wheel noise

 Hey group,

I was driving my D and I heard and felt a clicking type noise/feeling when I was moving.  I could feel it through the steering wheel and through the clutch and gas pedals.  When I press the brake pedal it stops.  I can't figure out what it is, especially since it only happens when I'm moving.  If anyone knows what this might be and if it's a problem, I would greatly appreciate the help.  I am planning a bit of a drive coming up soon, so I don't want to have any problems out on the road.
