Looks like a How-To I did back in 2004 made it into Mark V's post in
2006...

However no credit or reference to myself was put in to that post over
on DMCTalk, others took credit for the job I have done.

I Guess a whole bunch of people now thought I did a good thing, good
enough to copy.
