Sorry to hear about the fire,  wow! makes me think I want to carry a small
fire extinguisher also...

Actually undiluted Antifreeze, most of which is ethylene glycol is
flammable, it's flashpoint is about 111 degrees centigrade, not to far above
boiling.   We boil our foam spray parts in antifreeze (of course undiluted)
and we have to be very careful with it catching fire, which it very often
does!...     I imagine if you are 50-50 diluted with water the flammability
obviously drops drastically.
