Thanks to all that responded to my questions, especially David T., now several of BB's problems have been solved. The alternator is now working 4.0, the problem was the brown/yellow wire. The PO AH had connected it to the wrong terminal. The radio problem, that was something I have never seen in all my car work. The plastic inline fuse socket from the purple lead actually broke in half about 1/8 inch from the radio side. Weird, but fortunately I had a spare one from one of my MG's. The frequency valve is still not working. Question: If you turn the key to on, without starting the engine, the frequency valve should be humming, should it not? I've swapped out the Lambda, I've got 13 volts coming from the battery, and the main fuel relay checks good. Any ideas??
