Bradley, The ballast resistor is mounted to the firewall in your engine compartment, toward the left. If your car is stock, you will see to the left of it, also mounted on the firewall, the switch for turning on the engine compartment light and a relay. It should look like a piece of black (or white) metal/plastic with two spades on either end -- the right side will have two connectors mated to it, and the left side will have just one -- on the upper right.
