Andy, If you have no blower motor speed at any position then the switch is bad internally or the mode switch where the power comes from on the light green wire connection isn't good or the #10 fuse is bad or the connection. If everything was good at the beginning then I would feel it's just a bad connection. Make sure the #10 fuse has power coming in and going out.
