I have had a Seal kit with the O ring on the web site for years. It comes in
the package with the seal as the kit.

There's something else that I'm really surprised that no one has 
mentioned...

I replaced my double-lip seal (without touching the adjustment nut), 
used PJ Grady's speedi-sleeve and still had a bad leak. After 
conferring with Warren at DMCH he informed me that there is an 
ordinary O-ring that is on the splined output shaft of the 
transmission. (the part that the flange slides on to) You have to 
shine a flashlight in to see it. It's a .50 cent part. I replaced 
mine, replaced the lip seal again, and the leak stopped.

So, if you think you've replaced everything and it still leaks, 
replace the O-ring.
