The problem is likely that lien on the title. The seller doesn't really own this car -- his "financial provider" does. If he's "jetting around Tulsa Oklahoma," why are all the pictures taken in Texas (per the license plate)? Law of supply & demand should keep prices of DeLoreans of any manufacture fairly stable. Houston simply can't build, or refurb, enough cars to flood the market. Even bigger concern I think is the demand side. Our current recession is less severe -- thus far -- than the one that killed JZD's original endeavor, but it has to be putting a crimp on potential buyers. Automobiles are terrible financial investments anyway.
