The battery reactivation switch could easily be one of the door switches. -----Original Message----- From: dmcnews@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx on behalf of Kevin Abato Sent: Wed 4/9/2008 8:49 AM To: DML Subject: Re: [DML] Re: Dead battery fix was:Lauren's Car Interesting concept How about a device that is on a switched 12v line, and when power gets cut, it starts a 3 day (or user selectable) timer that counts down. At the end of countdown it cuts power from the battery to the rest of the car. Then somehow reactivate it when the key is inserted and turned, or just have an accessible "reset" button someplace in the car This could easily be adapted to any car Anyone want to get rich with me developing this idea further? ;) Kevin Abato Vin# 16680 www.grenexmedia.com [moderator snip] ------------------------------------ To address comments privately to the moderating team, please address: moderators@xxxxxxxxxxx For more info on the list, tech articles, cars for sale see www.dmcnews.com To search the archives or view files, log in at http://groups.yahoo.com/group/dmcnewsYahoo!
