A quart is a HUGE amount of POR15 - you could probably paint a whole frame with that. They sell it all the way down to half-pints. The reason is that it will go "bad" relatively quickly and also tends to glue the top onto the can once it's been open. Better to buy it in small cans, you will throw a lot less away. Mail order only, unless you find it at an automotive flea market.
