Yes... absolutely right. And a yahoogroups format provides a more structured and secure format that only moderators could delete. The "Messages" section would be for incoming messages, pretty much as-is. The "Files" section would have full size tech how-to articles, newbie FAQ's and links to useful websites. The "Database" section would have complied or edited articles on a single topic. Viola- easy searching. Easy finding. Sound good? Ok- I already set up the framework... many years ago. There are actually over 140 people signed up, most of whom probably don't remember signing up. So how come nobody ever heard of it? It's still empty. A few people sent material, but I think many others didn't like the was it was structured back then, which I just finally changed. Other things came up and took my time, so I never tried before to resuscitate it. But the need still exists. Shall we give it a try? The name is DMCTech. _http://autos.groups.yahoo.com/group/DMCTech/_ (http://autos.groups.yahoo.com/group/DMCTech/) Remember, it's just an empty framework at this point. Suggestions? Or should we just start fleshing it out? Wayne A. Ernst vin 11174 Bridgeton, NJ In a message dated 2/5/2008 7:44:26 P.M. But when you need to find out exactly why this mysterious blue relay melted and all you can find are posts titled 'OMG OMG FIIRRRE".... It's an exaggeration, but I've always HATED hunting through these archives. Even though I generally prefer web-based sites, even those are terrible to hunt through.
