Actually, I read that they DO perform a frame-off when you purchase one of their 'refurbished' DeLoreans. I can't find the page on delorean.com that describes what they do anymore since they changed the site. But I am pretty sure they were doing complete frame-off's. A purchaser certainly isn't going to pay Houston's premium for a car with such obvious flaws. Whether those items, and a warranty, are worth that premium is another argument altogether.
