Doesn't Houston, in its refurbs, replace broken and worn items from old factory stocks? They certainly don't do a frame-up restoration, but I'd imagine obviously broken door internals, cracked window glass, worn suspension components, weatherstripping & headliners, etc are replaced. A purchaser certainly isn't going to pay Houston's premium for a car with such obvious flaws. Whether those items, and a warranty, are worth that premium is another argument altogether.
