The numbers you toss here re not known to me. Perhaps you meant 1156 (single filament, 12V5W) and 1157 (double filament, 12V21W/5W). Front is a 1157. Sometimes loss of ground creates a faster blinker as a defective one does. For tail light use 10W instead of 5W for brighter light.
