[DML] Lights

Anyone know what model # on the parking front and rear lights are?
  My are currently G.E #1056 or #1057 I think in rear, work fine, but don't know what to put in the front parking lights they blink to fast.  
   
  Is it the same all around?
   
  Any infor. would be much appreciated.
