[DML] Re: heat/ac/vent/defrost switch removal and door lights.

For the door lights, the wires connect underneath the dash, right near
where your left knee would sit on the drivers side, and your right
knee in the passenger seat. With the door driver's side door open, you
can see two small rods with rubber ends sticking out. The connection
for the door is the back side of one of them. There's one rod on the
passenger side.
