Hi Ed, The foil the circuit is printed on has a habit of getting defective at the "finger" positions inside the area where the connectors are. Some of my circuit fingers got disconnected. After glueing them to the foil, the problem was over. Your problem may be alike and may have "fingers" that connect to another causing the disfunction of your fuel gauge.
