Kit is just a Kit. It doesnt apply to plastic parts in anyway. You  
can buy all STEEL kit cars.

Kit cars are meant for the purchaser to assemble, and the cars are  
not sold as complete vehicles. You have to do some assembling to make  
them a complete vehicle.
