[DML] First gear Disappears

Good News - VIN 17076 won the Fan Favourite Award this week at a north Toronto Car Show beating out 250 other cars. 
   
  Bad News - Suddenly and completely lost 1st and third Gear. Nothing is there. Got home using 2nd and 4th and 5th.  
   
  Any ideas? Need help quick as car will be on the "Red Carpet" display next week competing with the other winners from previous weeks.
