Pull the cover on the left rear pontoon off and remove the charcol cannister. Pop the bottom off with the hose. Make sure the filter is clean and the hose is not plugged up. The filter can be replaced (any big auto store will have it) and stick a wire inside the hose to clean it. If this doesn't fix it the vent hose from the tank to the cannister may be kinked or plugged up.
