[DML] Re: Low Fuel Light

There seem to be various trigger points possible for the low fuel
warning light.
When I picked up my D in England last year I got "the light" and
after filling up the difference was some 2.5 gallon (10 Ltr).
Lately I had to refill because the needle being at zero for some time
and I had a difference of less than 2 gallon (± 7 Ltr) and still no
low fuel warning light.
As has been said the old system is tricky, but you may do as I and
have a 2.5 gallon jerrycan filled up with you at all times. Also
helps a little to add front weight when high speeding :)

Welmoed.
