[DML] DMC Information Kit 1978/1979

I have just bought an De Lorean Motor Cars Ltd. Information Kit, on 
Ebay.
The seller found this in his neighbours garage in Northern Ireland.
And this is something I have never seen before. 
Does anyone else knows what it is, and what kind of persons who 
recieved these information kits?
And those anyone knows if it contians more than these papers listed 
below.

The folder contains following:
1 - Copied article from the 17th August 1978 edition of The 
Engineer - regarding investment.
2 - Article on 2 sides - How DeLoreans dream wound up in Belfast [ 
reprinted from  Business Week August 28th 1978. ]
3 - .2 black and white photos of the car  -one photo split into 4 
different views.
4 - The DMC - 12  - an article from Plastics World [ 4 sides of 
info.] dating from September 1977.
5 - A 3 page article from the Economist Intelligence Unit Nov. 1978 
entitled "De Lorean Motor Company finds a base."
