You should first do the usual checks. Check the fluid level at the clutch master. If it's empty, pull back the carpet under the drivers side of the dash under the pedals and see if the bottom of the carpet and underpadding are soaked in oil. If they are, you need a new clutch master. If not, refill the system and use the clutch a few times and see if you end up with a puddle under where the tranny meets the engine. If you do, your problem is the clutch slave. If either of these are leaking, you should probably replace the clutch line too if it's still the stock plastic one when you change the offending part, go with the SS replacement on the line. If the system is full of fluid, and shows no signs of leaking anywhere, then you either have a problem with the clutch, or the clutch fork in the bellhousing. Probably something bent, but i'm not sure how that would happen pretty much overnight for you.
