  If you have an in with your local bank or something like them, ask if any of their stanchions are no longer in use, they come in chrome, brushed aluminum, and some times in brass and the large ropes with hooks on the ends are really nice, when asked here they had enough to surround my 57 Chevy and were going to send them to the dump never hurts to ask, I am always asked at shows where did find them, my secret. they even went to S.F. for a street rod show. Just a thought.
