I put my engine and manual trans in as a unit, and convinced Dan Plakosh that this would be the easiest route for his engine and auto trans install. I was wrong... It's tricky. You're definitely going to need a 'tilter', which is a bar-and-crank assembly that allows you to tilt the whole assembly easily while on the hoist. You're going to have to REALLY tilt it to get it in there... getting close to vertical at times. It will certainly help to have a second person there as well. -Dave To address comments privately to the moderating team, please address: moderators@xxxxxxxxxxx For more info on the list, tech articles, cars for sale see www.dmcnews.com To search the archives or view files, log in at http://groups.yahoo.com/group/dmcnews Yahoo!
