Joe,

It does appear to be the same roto-master turbo as your BAE kit had, judging by the 
wastegate muffler. Beyond that it appears to be a homemade attempt at a blow thru 
design.

Also, I just checked the VIN list and the 07191 number is missing. So I guess its been 
found now.

Lets hope it gets updated to the list buy the new owner if it sells.
