That's not a BAE turbo. Whatever is on that car is a "blow-through" design 
and the BAE is a "suck through" design. It is always possible that it 
started out in life as a BAE setup that went through some unnatural changes 
at the hands of a PO, but it is definitely not a conventional BAE setup. I 
think it is more likely the PO's attempt at a home design turbo setup.
