Joe: Be a good guy and, once the damage has been repaired, send the nice lady some flowers. Statistics show the vast majority of people do NOT leave a note after they hit a parked car. They usually just leave and they virtually always get away with it. Had she done so, you'd never have known who did it and you'd be submitting a claim to your own insurance company along with payment of a deductable. So, even though you're upset with her (I would be!), she did the right thing and that's rare these days. I'd reward her for it in some minor way.
