Johnny, The cycling could be caused by low freon but also by a low pressure switch out of adjustment or bad. My car, #10715, still has the R-12 system in it as well, but the A/C cycles about once every 2-3 seconds. Just an estimate, but does this mean it's almost empty? I actually don't have a pressure gauge on hand to measure it. It's hardly noticeable with the A/C set on max in the car so I'm guessing it's almost gone. Also, how does Freeze-12 compare in pricing to the 134-A refrigerant and is it only sold online? When I was in MI, 134 went for around 8 bucks a can, so that wasn't bad. Some of the OH/MI owners and I were sorta discussing this back in May. I need to do something because the Missouri heat is just killing me in that car! *dies* -Johnny Weston, MO PS: Does that use the same hookups on the compressor as the R-12?
