Yes.

It was weak and barely adequate last Summer.
It is "normal" this summer, even in 110 weather here in Vegas.

You might check to make sure both radiator fans are operating and 
blowing the right way. I belatedly found out I was running one stock 
fan all last year. 

I have two of John's new ones now. The car and I are much cooler.
