Re: [DML] DMCH exhaust with alternate muffler installed

Marc,

The Magnaflow muffler I am using is very quiet at interstate speeds. It is
loud in 1st, 2nd gears, then gets quieter the faster you are going in the top
gears. Just today I observed that at cruising speed with the throttle
fairly closed, the sound is close to OEM, in fact wind noise is worse than engine
noise.

Perhaps in Pheasant Run we can hook up and I'll take you for a spin?

These loud mufflers may be OK for the track, or
attracting attention (like, we need more in a
DeLorean) but considering I do a lot of long distance
driving, I want it to be quiet as possible.

Thanks for the suggestions.
