If you zoom in on the date "DEC. 81", you'll also see a distinctive hard straight edge around it (suggesting possibly another cut/paste). It's just outside the box that the date is in. It's fun analyzing this, but won't it be funny if someone actually goes and looks at this and it read just as it shows!
