Patrick, Some circus person once said a fool and his money is soon departed,or was that there is a new sucker born every minute, either way there is no standard issue Delorean worth that kind of money,no matter how many new parts you throw at it,or how well refurbished you make it.who would spend that kind of money on a "D" when you can get a Classic Ferrari,or even a almost new Ferrari,or a new Vette, and gas for it for the next 10 years,or a new Viper. Just wishful Dreams from a vendor who thinks the average lifestyle of a typical "D" owner is in the mid six figures, and just has to have a $71,500 Delorean to brag/showoff at "the country club" how much he paid for it.It borders on marketplace price fixing.By that meaning if you see that/those kind(s) of prices long enough, people start believing, that is what a Delorean is worth. cbl --- In dmcnews@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx, "Patrick C." <PRC1216@xxxx> wrote: > > I noticed the other day that DeLoreanOne is now asking $71,500 for a > restored DeLorean.
