The original pulley is steel, not aluminium. You remove it by taking the back plate off the pump and with the aid of a longish high tensile M10 bolt threaded into the end of the pump shaft, press the shaft out through the pump. You will need a hydraulic press and it'll crack at a good couple of tons or more. Don't try pulling the pulley off.
