If you've already swapped over the harnesses, you know where the 3-way 
connectors are for the indicator/running lights. Clean -those- ones up 
on the dodgy side. Especially if your side marker works on that side, 
that'll be your problem. Use a multi-meter to check. If you definitely 
get nothing there, you can "steal" a feed from the side marker adjacent 
to that light - it comes off the same fuse.

If you do find it's a dirty connector, I've just received a batch of new 
connectors, if you wish to re-crimp.
