[DML] Concours question

I had a quick question about the concours competition.  I couldn't find this 
info on the millenium page.  My question is,  "Does the car have to start?  
Do the judges ask you to start the car?  I know they check the operation of 
the dash clock and such but do the cars actually have to turn over?"
