If anyone is going to replace the engine, I will buy the old one. I replaced the fuel pump, along with the fuel filter, oil filter, fluids etc. etc.. My car sat outside for three years. I got it running, rough running it was. The head gaskets were leaking (but I couldn't tell) and I blew them out totally on my test run. Found out one of the heads was warped and craked. However, it still ran, but rough. Just like it did when I first got it up and running. So I guess my point is; If it has a ton of miles on it, replace the engine. That's what I'm going to do. Anyway, that's my 2 cents.
