Be aware that in most cases if you use the car for commercial purposes your insurance will not cover the car. Generally if you rent it out to a company for photos and the like they can provide you proof of coverage. You can also call your insurance company and pay for an endorsement to cover the car for the event. Lending the car is a very grey area and you may want to inquire with your carrier as to how the car would be covered in such a case. Maybe if YOU drive the car (or at least ride in it) everything would be OK.
