I am going to guess that you are not properly bleeding the master cylinder before trying to bleed the brake system. Get 2 short tubes that screw into the master cylinder and just pump the pedal slowly until all the bubbles stop coming out. NOW hook up the brake lines to it and bleed the calipers all around again. The booster has NOTHING to do with bleeding the brake system.
