Only problematic thing to occur with pairing an automatic with a turbo is added stress on the transmission, which turns into heat. This prolong exposure to severe heat, of course, will eventually turn any transmission into shit. Luckily, science has brought us temperature gauges, and so long as the automatic is not exceeding its normal temperature, you'll be fine. The other thing that helps in maintaining any transmission is learning how to drive it: during gear shits, one would be wise to not be flooring the pedal, while during in-gear acceleration, one is safely permitted to put the pedal to the metal.
