[DML] Engine cranks but no start

Hey List,

My newest problem with the Delo is she won't start.  The battery and 
starter will crank the engine over for 15 minutes but it doesn't 
fire.  Is this a problem with the cold start valve?  Or what other 
component could be the culprit?
