FUEL QUESTIONS

Been away of awhile but still have the same fuel problem. My Delorean won't start, tried to jump R.P.M relay pump runs slowly but still no start doesn't sound like it should though. Their is fuel out of the C.P.R and the return line but no fuel out of the feed line to the F.Distributor. Fuse is good, checked inertia switch and all fuel hoses and vacuum lines are in correct order. Just cranks don't know what it could be it did run before I took off the fuel distributor so I think that is something I at least did. HELP???
