Put fuel stabilzer in it, RUN IT to circulate the stabilizer into the system, then drain the tank. The parts inside the tank hold up better in no gas than in stale gas. Condensation is the normal reason given for storing cars with a full tank, this is not much of an issue with a plastic tank. I may get some argument on this but I still believe empty is better.
