Hi Brent,

My ASI stereo still works perfectly with radio and tapes and I've used 
a cd adaptor quite a bit with it. It sounds pretty good for a while 
but after a few hours (on a long journey) the volume goes down (keep 
having to turn it up) and it sounds distorted. I've tried 
cleaning with a cleaner tape but it hasn't improved. I'll ultimately 
replace with a cd player.
