Everything you've described has been done (except for the power 
steering I think) Some one contracted Dakota Digital to custom make 
a digital dash for the Delorean, American Custom engines has already 
installed a Northstar engine, front brakes at least have been 
updated with ventilated cross drilled brakes, etc..
